Terms and Conditions


We’re pretty laid back and chill here at After 5, and very easy to work with. Here’s a few guidelines we always follow to keep things smooth.

  1. Minimums. Opening orders are only $250.00. We only have a $200.00 minimum on reorders.
  2. Payment Methods. Mastercard, Visa & Discover are accepted. Full payment will be taken in advance prior to order shipping. Alternately, if you are a customer on payment terms, a late charge of 2½% per month will be assessed each month for past due balances. To be approved for credit terms you must do at least $30,000 a year in business with us, and be an established business with at least 5 years credit history. Please contact our credit dept for a credit application if you would like to be considered for terms. We do not ship COD.
  3. Submitting Orders. Please submit all orders via our website.
  4. Changes to Orders. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders after they are placed. If you want to add additional items, you will need to place an additional order. If you don’t need as many as you thought, you can send them back per our return policy.
  5. Cancellations. Regular orders may be canceled if they have not entered processing or production in our warehouse. Please call for the current status, the front end website is not updated after your order is placed until shipment. Custom orders cannot be canceled once they are place for any reason. A 15% service charge will apply for cancelled orders.
  6. Order Fulfillment. Most orders will be filled within 2-3 business days. Custom orders and orders in excess of 500 pieces may require additional lead time. Call for lead times if you are unsure.
  7. Returns: You must submit all returns within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us for written approval before shipping out your return. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible to pay shipping fees on all returns. Items must be in new, “mint” condition, in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any and all items that do not meet this requirement.
  8. Use of Product Images. All images are exclusively owned by After 5 Workshop. We happily grant our wholesalers limited rights to use our images from for web & print marketing purposes. If the relationship between After 5 Workshop and the retailer is terminated for any reason, the retailer agrees to discontinue use of all images immediately.
  9. Retail Pricing. All retail accounts must abide by our Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) where listed. If no MAP is listed for the product please abide by general “keystone pricing”.
  10. Wholesale Pricing. All wholesale prices are subject to change without notice. The most current price list supersedes any and all previous price lists.
  11. Shortages & Incorrect Orders. Please let us know of any incorrect items within 2 business days of receiving and we will replace them or issue you a refund for any missing items at our discretion.
  12. Third Party Marketplaces. Retailers may not sell standard After 5 Workshop designs and items on Amazon, Ebay, Fancy or other online 3rd party marketplaces, without written approval.
  13. Shipping: We utilize USPS & UPS to ensure prompt delivery of your items. Large shipments may ship via pallet at our discretion. If you prefer LTL pallet shipping, arrangements must be made before order is placed.
  14. Damages: We strive to make sure all shipments arrive safe and sound at your door. In the event that shipping damage does occur, you must file a claim within 10 days of receipt for your claim to be considered. We cannot be responsible for damages on items you ship or forward to a third party.
  15. Back Orders: We do everything we can to make sure our inventory is up-to-date, and out-of-stock items are properly marked. If it becomes necessary for us to backorder items, they will automatically ship when available. If you decide you DO NOT WANT your order, you must cancel those items via email BEFORE the order ships.
  16. Order Eligibility. To place an order with After 5 Workshop, you must be a retailer with a resale or sales tax certificate #.
  17. Terms Subject to Change. At any time, we may need to change our terms, pricing or products they will be updated on this page.
  18. By applying to setting up an account with After 5 Workshop and/or purchasing from our website you agree to abide by all of these terms and conditions.
